What brands do you carry?
We’re proud to offer premium brands like Arbor Skateboards, Carver Surfskates, Globe Skateboards, Hamboards, Landyachtz Skateboards, and Loaded Skateboards. We also carry our own selection of quality surf and skate apparel and accessories.
Do you sell complete skateboards or just decks?
We offer both complete skateboards and individual decks, so you can choose what works best for your riding style. Our completes come ready to ride right out of the box!
What’s your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with just a few exceptions in remote areas of Asia and certain islands. During checkout, enter your address to see available shipping options for your location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 days after dispatch. Free shipping via EMS takes 15-25 days after dispatch. Pro tip: Order early in the week to ensure your gear ships before the weekend!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping via EMS. For faster delivery, choose our standard shipping option for $12.95.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes after submission, but we’ll do our best to help!

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Email our crew at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the simple process. Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes! Contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. You’ll need to return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the item you want.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
